Ugh I’m missing like 200 movies to classify and ugh why???

sheisgettinfit: Okay, here I am! It’s not a before/after picture actually because I’m still not ‘there’ yet. But.. I’ve lost almost 10 kilos and I’d like to prove myself and others that I really did it. I’ve been on a diet for my whole life and it became an obsession at some point, it wasn’t always the healthy way. I’ve lost weight and gained it back and was unhappy and miserable, and that’s where I was on September. I tried to take control over my binging and restricting because I knew it wouldn’t lead me anywhere. With my NY resolution I tried not to binge, I failed at first but now I’m binge free since February 25th and have lost 10 lbs since then! I work out everyday and eat healthy and I am proud of myself. Maybe I can’t see what I want to see in the mirror but well I’m working on it and I think I’m moving in the right direction so I have to stay patient and keep going.  I’ve learnt that I am capable of things that seemed to be impossible. I’m binge-free and b/p free sice 2/25/13 so it’s been 10 weeks. I hope that this will help those who struggle as I did 6 months ago. I want you to believe you can do it and if you need help and encouragement, I’m here to help you!  Thank you for reading this, it means a lot to me. <3
